TRAVEL
Where I've been:
Coastal green mountains and clear, blue water, Italy was a classic EURO summer destination both times. From Roman roads to cliff-jumping at the Fjord di Furure, it still ranks as my #1 favorite place to visit.
Quickly becoming the new hot spot for tourists, Croatia offers more than just beautiful blue waters and tall, green mountains. It is home to several UNESCO World Heritage spots that boast architecture and history that dates back to the Medieval period. Dubrovnik, with it's terracotta roofs is a must-see!
A cozy corner of the world perfect for academics of all varieties, but particularly aspiring authors. This is a literary hot spot for good reason. Epic, Early-20th century buildings combined with the overcast haze of a gothic fantasy, not to mention it boasts the Trinity Library, in Dublin; a UNESCO World Heritage spot for being the 'City of Literature'. Come visit and maybe run into Sally Rooney!
A vibrant blend of natural beauty and rich culture, where misty volcanoes rise above colorful colonial towns. This soulful country offers adventure, authenticity, and awe in every direction.
I just keep coming back to this beautiful state, with its many waterfalls, hot springs, hiking trails, serene beaches and ancient forests, there is always something to new to explore.
Located in North Africa, Morocco offers a taste of Persian and Arabic influences with beautiful architecture, vast Sahara sands and rich history of the Berber People who make up 35% of Morocco's ethnicity. From camels ride in the desert to the bustling Marrakech Souks to the enormous Atlas Mountains, Morocco is just a diverse as its traditions.
So many places to see in Greece, So many islands, ancient history and modern parties! I've spent time in Athens, Zakynthos and Milos, three very different locations, each offering their own unique taste of the Adriatic Sea.
Jungles, snorkeling, rainforest, hanging bridges, waterfalls everywhere and volcanos, this tropical paradise was full of adventure, fun in the sun, and lush landscapes.
Leaning rowhouses, strong bike culture and exciting city center-the Netherlands were a combination of historical significance and modern efficiency. Other cities should take advice from Amsterdam on how to mesh new with old.
The most visually diverse terrain in a single state, I've ever experienced. Full of epic national parks, vibrant dessert lands and dramatic mountains, Utah is perfect for backpackers, road-trippers and photographers, alike.
